Noises Off!

Noises Off! produced and directed by Shauna Kanter, is your classic play within a play. This so called sex farce - with a movie of the same name - is a 3 act, 2.5 hour long journey of a British touring theater company trying to put on their production of Nothing On, but of course nothing... is going according to plan. As the co-ASM to Jess Romanowski, working under Talene Pogharian, ​this show had over 40 props that were moved on and off stage roughly 240 times, not including them just being picked up and moved around the stage itself.

 

We also lead a crew of 7 people to do this massive double intermission shift - in which the set was rotated manually for both and took roughly 6-8 minutes. I got to come up with the safest, most efficient way to get the set from it's "onstage" side to it's "offstage" side, and back.
